Grade 10 Orientation

On September 2nd, 2008 from 6:30-8:30 all parents/guardians and students are invited to attend this evening information session at Yarmouth Consolidated Memorial High School. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about YCMHS and to get a head start on the 2008-2009 academic school year.
* All students in attendance will receive an orientation package which includes:
- student timetable,
- map of the school,
- staff directory,
- YCMHS code of conduct,
- locker form,
- yearbook order form
* Meet the administration, grade 10 teachers and other support staff
* Overview of pertinent school policy such as semestering, attendance, dress code, exams
* Brief presentations on the following: Student Council, S.A.C., Yearbook, Home & School, March Break Travel Group, Denise Hynes (Addiction Services); Student Support Workers
* School Spirit video
